what a rollercoaster. i really like the whole story but for the angst, i think i am going to let it marinate as danmei's angst is not something i can handle. this story is really wholesome, truly the life of teenagers. there's so many highschool bl but this story is the one where i can totally feel the life of teenagers. innocent yet when on the way of being adult, it's scary.
though there's one of the characters that i hate, hate is a strong statement, so i will say dislike. the one character i dislike is mrs. hong. the fierce teacher that always nag and nag as if wanting her students to be perfect all the time. honestly, growing up, i dislike that kind of people. while yes, i understand she is doing it for her students but dang the nags.
but again, i understand, without a teacher nagging and telling you what to do, will students even think of their future properly? will they even be prepared? so what i dislike is the nags but the love mrs hong has for her students are undeniable. plus, in nowadays, teachers like mrs hong is what we need. the one that push the students. just recently when i was on tik tok, i saw that a teacher has posted that some of the students got 0 on their history exam. not 1 or 2 but more than 2 and i think its like 5 or 6. just because they think they can survive as an adult if they become a content creator.
that piece of shit should be hit with that golf stick

but when I saw Shinwoo suddenly saying all that is kinda...scary or misplaced. Like what is about the phone call that made him suddenly being like that... I am not complaining he's finally able to say his feelongs towards Han... it's just... feel so weird.

i am glad that he's starting to heal even a little. not gonna lie, just like everyone in the comments, i hate the mom as well. from shinwoo's perspective, i really understand why he said all that. really i do. but goodness, i really need that mom to know how much shinwoo has suffered, so she can feel guilty for all of her life. like ughhhhh... however, if that is what is going to take for shinwoo to be happy, so be it. he needs that happiness and all the burden lifted up. and what he can do is to let go the rope of the past. go shinwoo, go go! slowly and gradually be happy,
I just don't like how he still want to mend his relationship with a mother who doesn't even try to meet or see him. She doesn't give a tiny bit of effort, even after knowing that her son live miserably, and keep on trying to erase his existance from her live. Even her step-daughter have to met with him to apologise because she felt guilty and try to justify the mother's crime -instead of the mother. He should've get the fact that his mother doesn't want to meet him no matter what because she's so afraid of losing her current happy life. She doesn't have even an ounce of consience yet he wants to meet her?
