Ethel got adopted by the same family she has in this timeline too, but runaway and met ML where she worked as an maid/aide; So Ethel family adopted another girl and married her off to pigtail monster family (aka she was not Ethel)
Ethel died due to pigtail monster schemes I think in the 2nd timeline which ML was enraged and turned back time.
This is the 3rd timeline of this world, Ethel memories of both timelines are mixed up I think so it’s a false “transmigration” I think…this is what I know btw.
