The red hair guy is a friend of someone yeonwoo knows. But I don't think there's anything going on. The red hair dude is just letting yeon woo stay at his place until he's safe to leave. He and yeonwoo went to a clinic to get an abortion but yeon woo at the last minute couldn't go through with the operation.
I'm happy that yeon woo didn't go through with the operation. I want to see the baby (▰˘◡˘▰)
