I feel like River x Heil would be a better ship/couple. Heil seems much nicer than Khoal (I don't know how to spell it.) While Khoal is the god of pain, he shouldn't put River beneath him and treat him unequally.

From reading the comments, the MC has "I've been in love with you for 8 years" guy and Toujo. But I don't think Toujo will be the MC's other love interest. I also hope that once the MC's name is finally revealed we get to see his own love story!
