Helena is just like Jannette, kind but in a very annoying way bc they don’t think of others just themselves. They never imagine themselves in someone else’s shoes. Their kindness is disturbing and suffocating bc it’s stupid and selfish

I agree with this one. There’s just something about overly nice people that makes you hate them and I like how the fl justified her hate with helena. Ik that helena isnt someone bad but it makes u hate her because she doesn’t know hardships and it makes you envious at how she’s living this “dream” life while u suffer.
its not really envy but more scorn for them for being so ignorant
Fur some reason this author really triggers me in most of their work, they always manage to normalise some fcked up sh!t and it’s getting slightly irritating
