Right after that point she say that it have been a few months that they have been living together. I am pretty sure between pages 12 and 13 there's a time skip.
Tbh i know that this would develop into romance in the future but its refreshing to have a heroine who isn't off the bat blushy or reacting intensely towards the male characters while at the same time acknowledging their good qualities.
You can really see how she sees them as not love interest but rather a family she wants to be a part of. Thinking this, i already feel bad for her when they start acknowledging that they dont want her as a sister but they want to be her significant other.
