what concerns me is that at the very beginning they said that she just kinda showed up out of nowhere, something about how she (a hero) suddenly seemed to suddenly appear (in their world? maybe?) and become a beacon of hope.
to me this sounds like a hero summoning from another world that they wanted to keep hush hush so they had her "become" the MC's sister. in which case they wouldnt be biological and therefore she can be a potential love interest.
even if it isnt a summoning and she already existed in this world i still feel like they arent blood related and she loves the guy.
