i read all 11 chapters of the raw and one thing is for sure, it is not his brother, you see his brother in the hospital and his brother is in a relationship with one of the bodyguards/secretaries and seems to have been in a relationship with that bodyguard since before he went crazy
btw i can read and understand some korean which is why im certain, but like you said, translations will make everything clearer

Okay first off who the fuck is he calling a whore ?!?! He is irrationally angry to be honest he might have a penchant for Nakyum because his jealousy is off the charts.
