Yeah you can like someone romantically. Asexuality is a spectrum, but it can be generalized with not having sexual attraction towards others to an extent. It doesn’t mean you can’t like someone romantically, that would mean you’re aromantic (I am aromantic and asexual, but you don’t have to be both). An asexual person can still want or like sex (I don’t, but again you don’t have to be both). You just don’t see someone and are sexually attracted to them if that makes sense

Ya it is a little weird. The novel was much better. I reccomend reading the novel if you like the concept. Itll make a lot more sense and youll get more details on certain things.
