? Can someone tell me if it gets good after the first few chapters cause rn dropping. Feels like a self insert to the maximum. As the first chapter stands, the main character sure is an enabler for someone that self aware… poorly written dynamic unless that changes later. Like they are in middle school? I get this is fiction but I feel like that was not the intended effect. Art is good tho

But if she and the other guy do, this might become a top-tier for the sake of the tension it caused me and the way it subverted typical expectations

That man knew from the very beginning that the empress was slowly killing his first son so this isn't really all that shocking
Nice ending tho the overall villain motivation was kinda dumb
