well this isn’t really surprising that Guwon did this. But it also makes sense why people in the town are afraid of him because in Chapter 7 he said to Jinwoo “Are you afraid of me too?” Meaning others fear him.
chapter 18 is the literal definition of “no lube, no protection, all night, all day, from the kitchen floor to the toilet seat, from the dining table to the bedroom, from the bathroom sink to the shower” and perhaps in future chapters too
