The plot is actually weird af bahahaha
So:
There’s this alien tree that gives this melon looking fruit.
The bottom had some sort of trauma which made him unable to go outside the house (if I’m not wrong he was almost raped) and as the tree grew, he only fed on the fruit it gave.
Turns up that the melon was actually the tree’s semen *cowboy emoji* and that now he’s become addicted to it. Also it may have to do with the fact that the tree was like a hentai tentacle shit (as they show in a flashback panel of the bottom being touched all over by the roots) so he probably was feeding the tree his own semen, making it grow quicker while he ate the alien tree’s semen and since now he can’t feed on the nutrients of semen fruit, his body is trying to replace it with other’s people semen, in this case the top.
