And here I thought I was getting too old for this. Like, Ren think's Kiichi's cute for once and about 2 minutes later its love. And I'm like, hold up, where are my glasses, what did I miss.

Ho well, I never meant to say something along the lines of "now that I'm 40 I can't keep on reading these" but rather ... as I'm getting older, my awareness and vision expands and plots and tropes that didn't bother me before are now... a little lackluster, I guess. And I am aware that just 10 years ago, I wouldn't have minded them. This isn't about declining quality or any such rant, but just - I guess my personal view and how it changes over the years. And I am fully expecting to read this stuff until I'm going blind ^^ just allowing myself to marvel at changes.

Yeah, this old bag agrees too. For me it's more after having dated people, you tend to better understand how relationships work. Then these tropes become a little too unrealistic and cliche. Now I appreciate more grounded stories that show troubles normal couples experience.

As an old hag myself I completely agree. While this wasn't super exciting or realistic, it was super fluffy. So I will put it in my healing folder for the emotionally or physiologically scarring ones. Looking at you Blind Play...

I don't mind I m 30, but I don't think it's realistic , you can't get straight and brokenhearted and 2 minutes after fall in love with a man just because he is cute without question...there isn't really a connection between them , to fast not enough development personally... love need foundation...but it's my point of view so I respect yours too

Thanks, I do agree it wasn't realistic in the least.
I find the plot quite boring personally , I don't feel a connection between both of them.

glad I am not the only one who finds this plot so simple and flat. I think the author plays safe with their works
