This is the first manga I've read that included difficulties and anxiety related to penetration in sex. Not just the classic unrealistic shoving it up there you usually see in yaoi. That might go out the window tho considering the last chap. Too bad it's incest.........I skimmed all of it trying to work out if they were blood related or not but either way is still uncomfortable

So I also tried to read the raws (in Chinese - thanks to person who linked, my Chinese ain't so good tho). I believe Yeonwoo was planning to escape tomorrow (hence the suitcases and he does say this) and he says he was able to get a loan from Keith to solve his money problems so technically it would be fine if he just ran away now since he already resigned and told Emma. But, he says he wants to pay back Keith first. it seems like to me (THIS IS ONLY A THEORY), he purposely hired someone to beat him up a bit and ruin his car, basically to make it look like an accident. Probably (nowhere mentions this but it's what I'm inferring) to get insurance money so that he would be able to pay back Keith before he runs away. Then he wouldn't owe him anything and can run away freely. That's what I kind of got from the Chinese raws. AGAIN it doesn't explicitly say that, that's just what was implied in my opinion.
EITHER THAT or my first impression was that he could be testing Keith to see what he would do since in the last chapter he wanted to 'prove' if Keith truly liked him. So maybe he hired someone to create an accident but it got out of control and he got more injured than he wanted and passed out idk
