I read this way back a year or so. Now, it's finally finished. I like how there was actually plot more than smut. Especially NO RAPE omegaverse which is rare. Wholesome with good couple dynamics. Both have awesome character profiles. Good read
Just because he's a man doesn't mean it's alright to gloos it over. It should've been brought to light to the empress dowager the traumatic things she did to her son and get her to reflect (as a mother and a woman). Child abuse, sexual assault, coercion aren't partial to gender. It should've been addressed well. But we only get to see how the blonde r@pist got punished while the empress dowager continued living her merry way. Felt so prejudiced. Other than that, this was quite an enjoyable read.
This could do another season. I was looking forward for his family drama to unfold and expecting for him to disown his damn parents. By eliminating their enemy, they can finally focus on their second chance at romance and live happy gaming after. But.. I guess not?
