Umm.. a real businessman always thinks of the profit.. why is he so mediocre minded? Not wanting to grow? Economy is growing in a fast pace. How will he keep up with the time? If he won't grow, there won't be additional pay to the employees, bonuses, etc. Plus, maintenance/renovation of the building. Utility bills. The continuous price hike of gas for their company truck. New machinery/equipment etc. I'd resign right away from a company that's adamant to be stagnant in a rapidly moving economy
