Why dies this have an overall if 8.8 stars? 5 stars is for something you absolutely love and can not think of a single complaint about but if you scroll through the comments you can find several reasonable arguments.

They count each star as 2, so 5 stars is a 10.0, also ppl can rate something privately, so it's possible that some people, privately, rated it like a 2 or something. It's an average of all ratings, public and private
