All you have to know for now is that he's like a mad scientist? If you could say that. He's really obsessed with the Taran family and since Hugh hates his family and lineage, well he obviously hates the doctor.

So what happens is, after ozu threatens nao to take kirishima and yoshino to this certain place, nao followed his orders and contacted yoshino telling her she wants to talk about something in the place where ozu had told her to take kiri and yoshino. While kiri already knew about what ozu was planning, he doesnt know yoshino is involved in the matter. On the other hand, Yoshino used a diff device so that kiri wouldnt track her exchanges with nao as well as the plan she was doing with shouma behind kiri’s back.
Kiri then asks nao to take him to the place ozu wants him to be but she then reveals that yoshino is going to the same place leaving kirishima shookt lol (u can see how he quickly tracks her location)
But then yoshino calls him and tells him ozu is not in the place where nao tells them both to go (maybe it could have been a trap set by ozu or sumthn like that) She tells him she knows exactly where ozu is. (Yoshino was actually steps further ahead of kiri damn)
So this is what i understood after rereading the chapTers (because i was lost as well!!) If im wrong, i hope someone can correct me

pretty sure he's in tight with some rival Yakuza so he's doing some favors or sum like that. both of their families are pretty powerful so taking out the future leaders of broth groups would be real advantageous.
