I keep reading about Ms Choi and I really despise this woman. I get she's concerned but uhm no. She's out of bounds. Stop. If she's concerned why doesn't she ask questions instead of assuming???
People are really over-reacting on this manga trying to change it up to be fluff when it's supposed to seem stalker like, smh.

    Jayjay March 12, 2020 9:59 pm

She's "assuming" because the seme forced her to, by parading the sleeping and half-naked Suha in front of her like a sexual trophy. He never apologized to her for that, and he never claimed that showing her THAT had been an accident. Thus, even if exhibiting the maked Suha to someone else may not have been his original intention, him failing to apologizing to either of them certainly makes it becomes an act of blatant disrespectful to both Suha and Miss Choi.

If it helps, imagine you're a college student and are called to your professor's office, and when you knock the door, the professor opens the door and lets you see one of your classmates, a fellow student of the same professor, sleeping half naked on a sofa inside the principal's office, and when you bring it up next time, the principal tells you "that's non of your business, you're acting out of bounds"... Would that answer help to make the principal seem less or *more* suspicious? Because these two being boss and subordinate means their relationship inevitably involves as much power imbalance as a college professor dating his student, and thus, even if it's consensual, then just like it happens with the prof and student relationship, it's not something to *parade* in front of strangers, like the seme director park was doing.

If I were the college student in such case I would've reported it or asked a question.
I said in my post, why couldn't she ask a question?
I mean, it's not like I hate the manga for that because she's only there for the plot but I just don't like her character.
I don't recall ever reading a part where she asked anyone anything.
Even if she's afraid she could've at least asked Suha in private if he's okay.
Not literally just tell him what to do

If you're wondering why she doesn't ask Suha, that means you haven't used much of your imagination... since there can be several reasons. The point is, she doesn't need to ask anything to know there's something going wrong there, and that's what many readers don't seem to be getting about this story. What's going wrong here is a high executive from a company taking STUPID UNNECESSARY RISKS by having sex with a *subordinate* in the *office*, during *business hours*, where anyone other than Miss Choi can catch them in the act, at any moment. If that happened, the "best scenario" would be Suha feeling ashamed enough to end up quitting his job, and the worst being someone else apart of Miss Choi leaking this story to the press. You may think people who aren't involved wouldn't or *shouldn't* care, but in this day and age, after the "Me Too" movement and all, people nowadays are more sensitive about stuff like this than ever before... and moreover, this is set in a country where people and public opinion just DON'T leave matters like this alone, and gossip reporters and paparazzi certainly would jump on this "scoop" like rabid wolfs on a wounded sheep. In the end, it wouldn't even *matter* if Director Park and Suha's relationship was consensual or not... because the media and public opinion would always doubt it, and even those willing to think it was consensual would still think the worst of them for carrying out their fling in the office, using director Park's "privileged status" to covertly neglect work in order to "fool around", while other hard-working employees were forced to tend to the tasks that those two were supposed to be doing themselves... resulting in those employees ultimately getting unfairly exploited by the company... The company's public image would hit rock bottom, and in the business and corporate world, public corporate image is EVERYTHING... So if someone else saw them and leaked the story of this boss and a subordinate having sex in the office, and the two being male at that, it would become a scandal... And such a scandal may become huge enough to ruin both the Director's and Suha's professional reputations, ultimately affecting their lives, not to speak of the business deal the director made with Miss Choi's company...

Moreover, please be aware that your reasoning smacks of male-chauvinistic double-standard, no matter if you're a woman or not.

Wow. You clearly ruin people's dreams. I can tell by this.
    This is yaoi.
Mere fiction created to satisfied some, hopefully most of out minds.
If you're gonna be one of those people who get mad over people calling something fiction because of "smacks of male-chauvinistic double-standard" i think you should pay attention more to the bl/yaoi community or actually look at things from over perspectives.
    Honestly.
Why would you go up to someone and ask them if they're being raped? Do they do that where you're from? Or have you seen it somewhere?
    You quietly ask the question.
"Are you having any problems with Director Park?"
"Is Director Park giving you a hard time?"
Now, let me just make sure you're clear on one thing. No one is comparing male and females nor favouriting them over the other. Ms Choi is a mere fictional character and I'm allowed to say I don't like her and I'm allowed to state my reason.

    207 March 14, 2020 1:39 am

    Wth.
Is this comment even about the manga anymore??
You two are getting off-track like fr.
    I'm talking about the characters.
Not about an actual female woman or two actual men.
But if this is actually about the manga.
    Suha is *not* being abused.
    That is made very clear.

    No.
I think you just *want* to see a sexism and nepotism at play.
The comments are merely saying their opinions on chapters and on characters.
The characters aren't real so hating them is okay and loving them is okay.
If you saw a big television you wanted and a small television you didn't want, would that be sexism or nepotism because you picked the big television?
Also, you're one of those people so I don't think you've seen my other post.
This manga is called *My* "Suha"
It's supposed to have stalker or psycho vibes not fluff where everything is normal.
So Director Park will possibly have a messed up personality but that's the way the story is supposed to go.
So of course later in the story it may be revealed about how Director Park only gave Suha the job because he likes him or possibly the grandma.
But if I were to open up my business I would give my friends the job if they wanted to work for me. But if there's a point where they screw up constantly and not non-stop I'd fire them. Suha isn't screwing up and he's really good at his job so there isn't exactly a need for Director Park to fire him.

It's not like Ms Choi was going to be an important character, she's the extra, background character who's supposed to get curious about this stuff. Who's supposed to seem like she wanted to protect Suha because that's her *character*.
If you can't tell what is fiction and non-fiction and always bring together because you don't like the way things are going. I think you need a bigger imagination.
Like I said in one of my other replies.
You both think I'm getting mad at females for doing this but I'm not. I'm mad at the *character* the *non-fictional character*
Because if I were Ms Choi I'd probably do something similar after seeing Suha like that in office but it's not *real* so I'm allowed to dream and share my opinions on a manga that I'm enjoying. It's not like I'm not allowed to dislike certain things.
Because you both also seem to be getting on my case about disliking Ms Choi.

I literally pointed out that it may be a possibly of nepotism because of the plot. It's how the story is supposed to be. *My* Suha.
You clearly don't understand, so like I said, I'll stop trying to explain.

Well, I said what I wanted so the rest is up to you, I guess. I don't really get why having a more objective and fair view of a secondary character would ruin your enjoyment of the story, though (lol, me "ruining dreams"... we both got a bit melodramatic during this argument, I'd say). I'm not sure this character was created to be "hated" though. To create tension? Sure. But to be hated? No. I'd say it was rather to bring the perspective of how uninvolved people in their "reality" would view this affair from the outside. But anyway, I suppose it's enough if you say that you wouldn't necessarily say the same if this were a real life situation. I can go with that.

I hate the character because it's yaoi and it's fictional so I just want to see the yaoi.

Everyone getting mad with Director Park because of this chapter as well. Uh pause, The title is literally called "My Suha" if you guys haven't noticed that's our boy's name. So why doesn't it ring a bell that, oh I don't know, maybe this manga could have stalker vibes or a psycho uke or seme because it literally says "*My* Suha" ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Also getting mad at the sister.
She didn't check up on her brother over money th???
The text messages happened before the visit.
The call happened after the visit.
Which could only mean she sincerely cares about her brother since she can't just tell her mother not to kick him out.
She went along with Director Park's idea to check up or *spy on him* because she was worried. Not because of a game (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
She doesn't see it as spying of course, but Director Park does.
I still love all the characters though ヾ(☆▽☆) Except Ms Choi (idk her name), she has yet to earn my favour if she keeps butting in.

I thoroughly agree with this. It honest to god sickens me how many people think its okay that chang rapes ed and being able to actually vocalise it out as if they think they're right about it. And it shocks me even more how those people seem to be the majority as well.

I appreciate how this manhwa deals with the subject matter. Rape is a disgusting, despicable act, and for its victims the sense of shame and powerlessness and how badly it can impact a person's life. Yaoi often reduces this to a trope and normalises it and really IT'S NOT OKAY.

Omg, after finishing this I thought about it and you really could see the difference between the happy Nanao and the sad Nanao. He finally found someone he loves and wants to be in a relationship with (Is in a relationship with). But after that bastard lied about them sleeping together he tried breaking it off with Kuon but you could see afterwards that Nanao was so broken...~ ┗( T﹏T )┛Like, I wouldn't expect to see that broken Nanao teasing Towa at all. It literally crushed me thinking about it (/TДT)/
