Because if he's a vampire, he'll be immortal and he wants to meet his siblings that have already passed away. As a vampire, he won't be able to do that. I'm glad that Khakia both understand and accepts his wish, reaffirming that he knows that Ino doesn't want him to turn him everytime the subject comes up. Khakia and Bin are very much alike in that regard.
