No i dont think its a love triangle. Pairing is between PE teacher and our mc whos in body of the kid. The kid just has a crush on his PE teacher. Re encounter maybe is for the mc n ml since they studied together in school and met each other again after 10 or so years in present timeline

There's no love triangle and the ML only has feelings for the MC. Together they try to help our the kid who the mc possessed.
instead of thinking they're potential love triange, i think the kid might actually be the bridge or the key for the teacher and the main character to be together in the future and their feelings could develop while trying to resolve the case of the soul switch of the kid
