Nijiro Days is pretty popular if you haven't read it. Oh and Furare Girl but umm it's sometimes nsfw// umm Sweet Bitter sort of fits that? Toshishita no Otokonoko maybe and Tsuki no Oki ni Mesu mama if you mean cute boy in looks but he acts cute too sometimes
