It just makes total sense now lol All along he's been nothing more than a clueless selfish brat who lives in his own bubble and doesn't really comprehend what hustle and struggle mean. honestly im hit or miss with it. Like it's obviously not good to abandon your child with his uncle but it seemed like it was out of fear that if she somehow consumed the blood or if anything bad were to happen to her, she didn't want Celphi to experience what the whole family has gone through. Deep down she cares about him but she can't really just become a mother for Celphi after 10 years ...lol

The kids all lack proper guidance that's why they ended up like that. They were manipulated and lacking in communication. The story is good, lone made me cry while sitting on the beach with william's ashes. The author is realistic too. I love his work. (▰˘◡˘▰)
