Thing is, it’s not actually made by the author of the bl stories but another nanoka and the name probably overlap. I searched up the author and it’s only bl stories they’ve made, plus it’s nowhere to be found in their twitter so it’s another author with the same name.

After ch 43, it went back to ch 1 and the art style changed, same story and all but the art changed. They just remade the whole thing I think, I was just confused because I got used to the 1st art style.
Oh yes you're right, I didn't even notice until now ! Even some panels changed slightly....it's strange.
The readers werent happy for the first art style cuz the characters werent matching the ones in novel so the author decided to change the artstyle
