It is a valid point. “He just turn 20” had nothing to do with sex. But some people does not had sex until they are ready or older.
My point is he is still young. It is believable that he could had kissed only one person.

My first kiss was when I was 16. That was the only person that kissed me at that age.

So Sohwa could only kissed one person: Miha. It is possible he could had only sex with one person: Miha. If he has had sex with someone else, he did not kiss him.
