i think it was way before, if you look at it, she knows what to get when they trying to suppress anubis inside the coffin, it means she knew the purpose of the mirror all along

I think that's because she was thought the mirror would give Anubis a "new obsession" since she showed that she got upset at sekhmet because she didn't know the real purpose of that mirror (this shi so confusing omg)

Tbh I think Isis knows that the mirror is used for making someone fall in love with you or at least doing something to their memories. Sekhmet revealed it to her during that coma/dream thing that she was in earlier, you can tell because Isis's hair is short when she is watching Seth and Nephthys with the mirror, but Isis's hair used to be long naturally. So she figured out that Osiris wanted to do something to Seth with the mirror from Sekhmet, and she likely figured out the love part due to the fact that Hathor gave Horus that same mirror and she was trying to marry him, so now Isis wanted to use the mirror to replace Anubis' "love" or obsession with Seth for someone or something else, but she doesn't know how to activate the mirror. The Sekhmet on the mirror's mouth opens when (I assume) she's using it for something, but I don't know what happens when Hathor uses it. (If she ever does anything with it in s1 other than just holding it, please let me know, I haven't read season 1 in forever and I lowkey don't want to.

I think this is what Isis was made to see in all that time she was unconscious. IIRC, it was Sekhmet who'd first made her fall unconscious like that, after offering a wager... that if Sekhmet won the bet by showing Isis something that DID manage to convince her that things hadn't happened the way Isis thought they had, then Isis would be forced to grant Sekhmet a favor.
