Why is it that almost all women in a bl just get included as either competition, objects, or get treated like shit. Like there are so few where it represents women in a positive light.

Most I've read were so it's why i said almost all! It's actually why i read and moved to mostly bl because straight manhwas tend to have these sorts of themes of just weak and clueless looking women far too frequently that it's uncomfortable :')
I understand what you mean but by saying “almost all” its like saying 9/10 bl manhwas always makes these kind of women characters. But what do i know lol you might have read bls that has more of “those” kind of women characters than me so ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Yeah i agree with you on moving to bl bec im also sick of straight manhwas making women dumb and weak. Actually, my taste on straight stories have changed. Its hard for me to find a good straight manhwas nowadays
I think the only straight one I'm currently reading is eternal nocturnal! The main guy is such a green flag and the art is beautiful, the story is nice too so its hard to drop it
