The original uploader didn't have chapters 5-7, hence why they were missing. The fate of chapters 6 and 7 is up in the air...
I read the novel but must have skipped over the detail for that explanation. Anybody able to offer some enlightenment on this?

I think the novel took a different way explaining it, but here is the gist of it:
The official story goes: Our Hugo was selected as the heir by his father, his brother abandoned. Later his brother reurned and killed late duke and duchess while our Hugo was away.
Reality: Our Hugo was the one abandoned, but later met his twin brother. His brother was the only important person to our Hugo. The Father used the brother to pressure our Hugo into becoming the heir bc the father thought that our Hugo was more fit for the position than his kind brother. The brother then killed the duke, duchess and himself, thus freeing our Hugo from that messed-up family.
That was a nice, short but well-contained peek into how the lives of our two MCs mixed together.

Yup it's derivation from 'kara' and I went to double-check to avoid misinforming you guys and I found it in master's thesis from our most prestigious university regarding all synonyms for genitalia as karina is a bit old term and people dont use it that often.
Full name of thesis is "gender sterotype in jargon of croatian language" in sociologic study so science confirmed. I am from Croatia but this jargon can be used in Bosnian and serbian language also (in central eastern Europe, south slavic languages)
