Tip number one don't talk to yourself, at least not would enough for others to hear you. Tip number 2 do lock your dour or if no lock is available do face the dour or at least hear it when opened, or fill the cold air getting in the bathroom. This lay you can save a lot of embearesment to yourself or at least that is my logic.
