Hmmm... I think a kiss doesn't just differ from culture, it also differs from person to person. Also, it is important to tell things like that kiss to the boyfriend or something before they find out not just for when or if they find out, but to be honest to each other. Sometimes kisses whether you wanted them or not though can be the woman or man's fault for not properly denying a person or leading them to think something else. That kiss though, is purely the man's fault. I think she is just having guilt over not telling which suppressed her saying yes. I think it isn't as much as the kiss as she feels sick for not being able to share with him what was wrong when he shared things with her and she probably wants to straighten things out with the other guy first before she tells him what happened and answers his confession.
I fully agree with this...some people just aren't comfortable with kissing casually. But I get what you mean, Tsukasa overeacts a lot. I think it's cute though.
The last story...I feel like the girl did nothing to understand her boyfriend, it felt sad
