From what I gather none of them was in the wrong when it comes to their past relationship as they never made any real commitment to a relationship out of client and service provider they never communicated properly about their relationship status it was always a what if kind of a thing to them with no one outright saying anything in the end.
Currently, I don't know what kind of relationship the uke has/had with the short-haired guy he was living with so I can't state an opinion based on no facts relating to this subject.
Overall this was an ok story, way too short and certain things were not properly fleshed out like the uke's rape trauma or his relationship with the guy he was living with or what the seme got up to during those 5 years apart. Also, just a little quip that the uke and seme should have communicated properly with each other a long time ago. And should not be blaming each other and acting like a victim when they both were in the wrong.
The guy he's living with is his brother, in chapter 5 page 13, he calls him stupid-nii, not sure why this wasn't translated, but nii in japanese means brother, which explains why he was involved and so worried about him, I think it made the story make more sense ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Thank you, this makes more sense to the grand scheme of events in the story. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
This is one psychologically messed up manga, rape and anxiety, depression and possibly bipolar disorder are just some of the messes in this cluster bomb of a garbage pile manga.
