For those who aren't aware apparently the official translation completely changed their names from original thus the different names. Dumb af I know
She did her best even though she went through so much pain with her health. It's sad that's it ended on a cliffhanger but few who know and have been informing others understand it is probably for the best in hopes for her recovery. As far as I know thanks to a user here and some digging she has quit and this is most definitely the last chapter. Bless her for this wonderful work
