He just probably set them up with someone and being the bl world this is they either followed their natural gay inclinations or they just happened to fall in love with the other man. Because it's weird otherwise then that the brother didn't even once think to set one of the knights up with a woman. And it didn't seem that any of the knights had an interest in her.
