I honestly never thought this fandom would be wracking a ship war on a Mochizuki Jun's story, but perhaps most of the people in the comments have not read sensei's other works... Mochizuki-sensei has a very suis generis way of writing romance and, I may be completely wrong here, but I think there is a huge chance that Jeanne and Vanitas will have a similar ending to Echo and Oz. And Noé will probably hold the same standing to Vanitas as Gil and Alice did to Oz, too. So, to me, a ship war makes no sense whatsoever as there is likely no endgame pairing. Just because it's tagged "romance", it doesn't strictly mean that Vanitas will end up paired with anyone. So drop your weapons guys, and just enjoy the ride. Never underestimate sensei's ability to pull the rug from under your feet, because she will, you can bet on that.
I totally agree... Ship wars are always pointless, plus Noé's been saying since chap 1 that Vanitas is going to die, so there's a big chance that he's not going to end up with anyone but death D:<
Not that I would mind a little romance, it's been 6 years since PH ended and I'm still crying over Vincent not marring Ada.
But yeah, it makes no sense to fight over ships ><!!
Let's enjoy Mochijun wonderfull storytelling together
Was he trying to kill Horus? Because if he was, it's kinda ironic that he mistook Horus with Anubis...
Still, the situation strikes me as odd, somehow. That he would go searching for Isis but end up destroying a temple and killing children... Present Seth doesn't seem the least bit interested in killing Horus, so why would past Seth just kill a bunch of human boys? Also, Horus says that the temple seemed to have been destroyed by war. It's kinda unclear if he's referring to Seth himself (Seth is the god of war) or if it literally looked that there had been a quarrel between two factions. If it is the former option, who fought with Seth? And could that individual be somehow involved in this killing spree?
Nah, Seth didn't kill the boys because of Horus (back then he didn't even know Horus existed), it was because he was trying to find Anubis who had run away, and because Anubis wasn't a god he couldn't sense him so he had to check kids one by one, and got frustrated every time they turned out not to be Anubis, so he killed them.
It's just... I went and read the raws and... the last extra was released in July 2020... It's been 8 months since then... It seems like an awfully long break
She took a long break bc her wrist was in bad shape and her vision was getting worse so she had to recover. Also she was busy preparing the physical copies for ennead, but recently she just announced that her health is getting better and she’s working hard preparing for season 2! It’ll comeback in 3 months.
She is seeing it herself, he's not okay, he lost a lot of weight, so why so much insistence in having him, a clearly sick person, attend her engagement party? The "if you can't go to the party, I'll bring the party to you" felt almost like an ultimatum to me. I understand that she wants him to be there to kinda prove that the rumors are false, but wouldn't having the rumors die down be better in this case? I mean, having Ian show up at the party looking sick might make the rumors look even more real.
The princess looks very sweet and all, but the fact that she came all the way to the mansion when Raymond was out, apparently just to make this ultimatum, is kinda... odd. I mean, did she even invite Raymond's sister?
We still don't know who started the rumors, but... like... it wasn't the super loyal servants, if wasn't Raymond's sister, it wasn't Nicholas... who else frequents the manson these days...? *suspicions intensify*

I feel like the sequence of events doesn't make sense sometimes? Maybe I'm just dumb.
