Hello, can someone remind me this yaoi manga

I don't remember the story clearly but here it goes:
The uke (student) wants to test or train the seme (worker?) if he willdo something bad e.g cheating. then this uke have a gay friend and this friend asked the uke if he may join them (threesome xD).

Then he found someone(the seme) in the street and he saw that the seme is strong and he asks for help but the seme just want to help him if he have sex with the seme, so the uke reject and decides to face the guys and I don't remember what happens but the uke ends begging the seme to help him, and of course the seme helps him and he takes uke's virginity

searching for two yaois, both unrelated-
