Not a bad manga. It was enjoyable to say the least. Though I thought that the plot would be deeper considering she slept with a middle schooler and conceived a child with him.

It's actually not that long ago that I first read about prosopagnosia. I had never heard about it before. There was a writer who went forward and told that she couldn't recognize anyone - even her children and her husband. She had kept it hidden all her life from everyone but her husband. She identified people on voices and clothes.

This story, so far, is a very authentic representation of rape as it would happen in life, not as a cipher for uncontrolled desires. It's dark, violent and tragic. It doesn't fit the romance genre (not yet, at least, and if it ever was intended to be a romance, it will be very difficult to return to that category), but if the reader can handle the realism, and the heavy, heavy baggage it comes with, this is actually a very good story. Horrifying, but well-written.
