I'm sorry but this time Kana has absolutely NO right to get mad or ask any answers when he's the one who started spending the night god knows where and especially with who, while of course REFUSING to give an answer to Mamoru, he deserved to receive the "it had nothing to do with you" right back at him.
He has the right to be hurt by the past but it doesn't excuse his current behaviour either.
Uuuh their relationship is in for a lot of trouble if they want to have a lasting (and sometimes long distance relationship) if Yuyang starts doubting everytime someone is near his lover and Lihuan keeping his distance from everyone in order to please his bf wouldn't be a good option either.
Let's give this new guy AT LEAST the benefit of doubt before cursing him while he did ... nothing yet ?

1)Thanks to the extras we know they accept them and even have family reunions
2) We know Yuyang's parents get close to Luhan's dad to the point of going on vacation/skiing with him
3) The story is literally ending, what would be the point of bringing drama now and ending it on a salty note ? It's that time of the story where a author has to tie every lose ends.
