Only for Kale to find out “huh if I don’t stay close to the man who raped me in this foreign land surrounding by magic, I’m gonna go insane.” Zigril makes sure he’s alone by distancing Kale from people he knows and people who care for him (who coincidentally are all women) then forced him to take a flower that can impregnate anyone who ingested it, regardless of gender. Zigril gave him that flower because he couldn’t allow Kale to leave him. Then when Kale finally starts questioning “is this all okay, this man is insane.” He always goes back to how Zigril is beautiful, like it’s all find and dandy because he looks good because good forbid someone did all that BS and he was ugly Σ( ￣□￣||).
Kale even has a moment in Zagrils arms and saids “he’s warm”….OF COURSE HES WARM THATS BLOOD WE’RE NATURALLY WARM. Kale just agrees and goes along with it because honestly he has no choice since he’s been outed as a survivor from a fallen land and we all know Zigril spread that rumor. So he either dies because of that or becomes the empress where that law can’t touch him. I love this story and I love the characters DESIGN, and reading this just makes me laugh so hard but I had to put my two sense in because they aren’t even hiding it at this point and it’s hilarious. It would be even more funnier if they had no intention of doing this and it just came out that way

Ok I stopped on ch.9, didn’t the mc say “how could I ever do it with a dude, ew” now I’m seeing that when the older guy (i forgot his name) doesn’t want to have sex with the mc, he gets mad?? And the mc is asking “WHY WONT YOU HAVE SEX WITH ME” ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄, did something thing get lost in translation cause I feel like this relationship is moving too fast ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Is it wrong of me that I want Edith to look a little bit more beaten up? Like she had a nosebleed in one scene, then it was gone, she had bruises on her face but it healed after a carriage ride?ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ , if she was being held hostage and was beaten up SHOW IT PLEASE, I want to feel sorry for this girl not wondering why she gotten no marks, when we can clearly see the little bubbles that saids “slap”. I want this girl to look haggard like she got mugged, not as if she was scratched by a baby kitten
I really regret reading this so late, because I knew I would get emotionally invested in the characters and I was right. I’m always gonna regret not reading it until now, but I’m glad that I did. Guts is an amazing character and really fleshed out. Griffith is also an amazing antagonist. This manga really got me screaming at it but I love how there will always be consequences for everyone’s actions and how nothing is ever there just because the author said so but because of the steps each character took to put it there. I hope this gets finished but it probably won’t and that’s okay. Where it left off fits well for some reason. Casca wanting to be with Guts but can’t because she devoted her life to Griffith ( like she’s bound to him) Griffith hurting the people around him to achieve his goals, by any means necessary. And Guts tasting pain and sorrow over and over again, the moment when he gets a break and allows himself to be happy, his demons return with endless suffering waiting for him. I wish I had better words to describe this, but I can’t put it together just yet ╥﹏╥
