Dude Arata is such a mothereffin dick. Like their friends know that so why do they still hang out with him? But at the same time is anyone else annoyed with the MC's inability to speak up for himself. Like not even one word in his own defense. It's kinda pathetic imo. I hope we can see character growth in that department.

This story left me with so many emotions. I'm angry with the dude because he never seemed to be serious about Natsuki, like her, try to get to know her, or even really respect her in the first place so why would he date her and lead her on. Also its kinda shitty of him to fall n love with Natsuki's sister and drag it on without breaking off his relationship with Natsuki. But while he was undoubtedly a terrible boyfriend to Natsuki, he's not a bad person. He's just human.
Same with Natsuki's sister. She is a shitty sister for getting with her sister's ex when she knows she isn't over him. She could've cut their relationship off or at least putting more distance between them. But she really did seem to like her, and while she's a bad sister for putting her own romantic interests over her sister, she's not just 'Natsuki's sister.' She's her own person, being Natsuki's sister is only one part of her identity, and I feel like its natural for people to prioritize themselves. So again, she's a shitty sister but not a shitty person. She's just complex and human like we all are.
For Natsuki, her getting a boyfriend despite not being super over her ex is kinda sus but at the same time lots of people try to meet new people to get over others. And I'm sure her boyfriend may have noticed that as well. She's the most "innocent" in my opinion.
I guess since I know none of the characters are bad people, but are just imperfect like we all are, I don't know where to place the anger I feel at their actions and it makes me frustrated lol. What do you guys think about their actions?

I'm not gonna lie, I feel grossed out by the fact that the son is attracted to someone who is similar to his adoptive mother and that Su Luxia is somehow okay with marrying her son who she raised. Just like wtf... Oedipus complex X Jocasta Complex? Guess it's a match made in heaven huh.

'According to a new study, 64% of men are in a relationship with someone who shares significant personality traits with their mother, From growing up in a tolerant household, to looking up to an empathetic mother as a role model, it adds up that men are drawn to women who embody these very same traits.’ it is what it isヾ( ° ʖ°)ノ♪

... Does anyone else find it insanely invading and creepy for two people to write an entire smutty novel shipping two other REAL people that they actually personally KNOW.

Sammmee. Like I get it if it's just fictional characters and stuff, but I think it gets wierd when you start using real people, even if they're just celebrities or smh, and write smut about them or ship them with their friends. And in this case its even creepier since the two know them, like INTERACT with them and are kinda close. Shipping can genuinely make friendships awkward and ruin them.

Am I the only one who’s kinda disappointed in the buff dude’s refusal to accept Jinshi’s money? Is he really willing to continue to see the person he loves sleep with other men because of his sense of pride? Is he willing to accept the chance that she might be bought by some other guy while he’s still saving up?
Idk, maybe I just have different moral principles, but I don’t see the problem in using Jinshi’s money at all. I don’t get why he believes that he has to save up his own money to be a “man,” when he could accept the money and lead to more happiness for the both of them. And like Jinshi said that the money was like an investment in who he thought was a talented individual.

But it's not like they're mutually in love though? We still did not hear her opinion about it, we don't know yet if she's going to accept.
I get where you're coming from but I guess it must feel suspicious for someone to offer the equivalent of 20 years of salary point blank, no? Plus, he already has 15K in savings so he should be fine. If she loved him, she could retire without being bought because she repaid her debt already, she's already freed herself.

Is anyone else extremely disappointed by how Hyojoo and Gunta just started making out instead of talking about what actually happened. And especially when she was still "involved" with Suyeon?!!
And then AFTER that happened, she had the BALLS to be like~~ ohh~~ no!! I just wanted to talk~~! I have NO~~ idea why ~Gunta just attacked me?! Is he just after my body~~?
LIKE BITCH YOU LITERALLY SAID LOVE ME TO HIM!!! AND THEN YOU RESPONDED SUPER POSITIVELY WHEN HE KISSED YOU!
AND WHO THE FUCK IS JUST SOMEHOW BRAIN DEAD ENOUGH TO FORGIVE AN EX WHO TO HIS KNOWLEDGE, CHEATED ON HIM, AND IS IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH ANOTHER GUY. SHE ALSO HASN'T EVEN EXPLAINED OR APOLOGIZED FOR THE CHEATING!
Idk, I'm just really sad about how Hyojoo's development has turned out. Like how the heck can she just have become so emotionally immature and indecisive now compared to when she was still just a fricken teen. Literally her CHILD is more mature than she is. And her indecisiveness is just hurting everyone around her. It really doesn't take that much time to just break up with Suyeon. Gunta is also trashy and honestly brain dead to not only make out w/ someone who has a partner but also love someone who cheated and was horrible to him for like 15 years.
In the end, I really just don't like the current Hyojoo. And that's really sad because I was reading the series due to the strong character of the main female protagonist.

Throughout the webtoon, there's the underlying plotline where Ariadna's always like-- "Oh gosh, my dad sucks and is a horrible person. I mean, he's a murderer! But I still love him!"
But I feel that this is completely unrealistic. I mean, I feel as though every king has killed. Even if they don't do so personally, their every order and policy implemented will inevitably harm some and help others. Moreover, to be a good emperor, one must be able to make ruthless decisions and weigh lives in order to maximize happiness for his/her people. For example, if an emperor that's benevolent to everyone, (including his or her enemies), may be good person, but would also thus be a bad leader.
In addition, everyone says that since the land has come under Caitel's rule, the land has become more peaceful and the lives of the common citizens are happier. Now, this may be a controversial view, but I believe that a government's highest obligation is to protect the lives of its citizens. That's literally the why governments were originally formed. Therefore, no matter how many foreign soldiers have been slaughtered, it doesn't matter as long as the slaughter of those people benefited the lives of the people in Agrigent-- which it obviously did. Therefore, I would also say that Caitel may have done harm, but the end results of his actions more than made up for those harms. I honestly see Caitel as a anti-hero type of figure. Because, when looking at the consequences of his actions, we can clearly see that Caitel has done more good than bad, even if it was not intentional.
As a result, it just kinda annoys me when Ariadna constantly hates on Caitel, because I honestly feel as though he deserves a large amount of respect. He's kinda like Julius Caesar, Alexander the Great, Napoleon, or any of the other great Conquerors. And unlike most of those figures, all of his conquests succeeded and he actually managed to establish a better kingdom.
Sorry for this rant, I just needed to get this off my chest. LMAO.
Ugh honestly I still hate the seme. Like yeah he went through something absolutely horrible but NONE of that excuses his current actions of murdering innocent people. Not to mention him currently sexually assaulting the uke. He deserves to be caught and get life in prison. I hope the uke turns him in.
it doesn’t excuse his actions but it’s very obvious that he’s trapped by his trauma. he’s a product of his trauma and failed to get help to heal from it.
