To be honest. There's something wrong with my brain and keeping reading this and still hoping that the characters aren't in the nutshell anymore (Other than Juheon Sister since she the only normal for me.). The way the Author create the blonde guy character is just TOO MESSY- I can't find a right word to explain how messy is it but damn! I think the most in the Nutshell here is the Author. I knew it from the start that blonde guy like Juheon because how he helped him carry his grandma to the hospital and Everything else.

1. I thought the boy and those "people who wanted to join the gang (?)" Are stranger to eachother so why the boy know one of the "people" name in Chapter 2
2. I thought those people going to kidnap a girl so why they eventually targeting that boy on chapter 1 ?

Basically the "gang of boys" WERE going to kidnap a girl at first, but they ended up trying to kidnap the boy because they thought it was more convenient and easier. Because of everything that happened in the first chapter (the gang trying to kidnap the boy, then failing, then ending up driving away with the boy after hitting the Black Death member), you could say that the gang and boy ended up becoming acquaintances. The boy also probably picked up each of their names during their conversations and during that one time the "leader" was talking to the Black Death member.

If you mean how the boy know Joris's name, it happened somewhere in chapter 1.
Apparently Joris was planning the kidnapping in his own neighborhood. So amidst the chaos (when the boy kicked Tera on the balls, and Tera fell in between the boy's legs), there's this woman who shouted from her balcony telling them to shut up, she asked if it was Joris who are making the ruckus and even threatened to call Joris mom. (Implying that they're acquaintance)
And Joris answered her back, trying to calm her down, even calling her by her name too, which is Madame Dupont (confirming that they're really acquainted)

Lmao. You know let me tell you this there's a HUGE difference between them, unlike books the characters actions, motive and characteristics are all detailed since there's no illustration.
