The king is so desperate for love. The part of me who was rejected by her loved one can feel his pain and know how heartbreaking it is to want someone badly. BUT the killing and the other shitty stuff is just a pure mental illness which is not my tea, but I'm still curious how things will go.
Don't confuse love with brutally forcing your self on some one, isolating them and threatening them. That's just dominance and the head banging and serious lack of empathy tells me this king is fully a lost cause

I stopped at ch.20 because the uke is so dumb...but I was way too curious so I continued it... I understand the white haired guy is hot and all, but can you really ignore who you loved, this much? And being deceived and manipulated so easily is just so strange and dumb. It's easier to be honest with the old loved guy and communicate... Oh and the uke was cute to the white haired seme and nothing really bad happened to him...So to believe that bad things happened because of his cuteness is just stupid.

I actually don’t think he was intentionally manipulative in the head banging scene specifically. It honestly looked like he had a mental break after not getting the answer he wanted and then he regathered himself when they were interrupted and he smiled. Because right after that mood shift is when he threatened the mc with what would happen if he ever left. It’s not giving a rapist empathy, it’s just seeing how truly mad the king is and how it’s kind of sad to see how insane he actually is. But maybe that’s just how I interpret it

Yeah, exactly. Like he had no choiche but to do his duties(marry) while he was frustrated with his one sided love, wich was fueling his tramua and his bad behaviour even more. That roleplay while he tried to cope with his feelings, frustration was like a cry for help. It's just sad to see someone break.
