I think they sent pics/video to the teacher saying that he could buy it. So the teacher asked for money from the class to buy it, then wire transferred it. After that, he resigned.
He probably planted the pictures he took of the naked Kokoragi into the teacher's office. Then he pretends to find out about it and blackmail the teacher. Since Kokoragi is on Yuuichi's side, she will testify that the teacher molested her (even though he didn't). So now it's the evidence + her words against the teacher, so he has no choice but to follow Yuuichi's demand.
