wait... it kinda feels like Touma's in ove with Taichi... or it can be just me lol

That's what I was thinking too. He does look at him in funny way doesn't he?!

Yes, it's pretty obvious how Touma tries to be with Taichi even though Taichi has put some distance between them. (finding new friends, not spending time togetehr) And in class, Touma keeps staring at him, and on breaks he keeps following him.
But I bet this manga won't end with a gay couple. It's either going to be Taichi and Kuze or all 3 characters end up staying just friends.

will they ever release this manga officially in English? there's only Japanese version... dis kinda deserves to be in my collection (⊙_'⊙ )

A few days ago, a rep for SuBLime was on twitter talking about what they do and don't license and why. Content is something they look at carefully, so I wonder if this one would be disqualified because of the underage sex in chapter 22. US pornography laws have changed so that comics are no longer exempt--sort of--SuBLime rep says it's too expensive to take the chance. This is why they won't license Super Lovers.

It used to be that non-photographic depictions of minors engaged in sex acts were exempt, like drawings, specifically including comics. Now they are judged by the Miller test, which has three criteria: whether the work violates the standards of the community, whether the average person would judge it to be offensive, and whether it can be said to have no artistic, political, or literary value. All three standards must be met. The law applies to possession of materials, so potentially you could be in trouble if you own foreign editions or have downloaded any of it on your computer.

Of course, I personally think you could argue the artistic merit of this and many other yaoi, but the thing is you'd have to make those arguments in court and convince a judge and jury. What are the odds they're going to agree? And even if the odds are in your favor, are you up for a court case and how that would disrupt your life? Also of course, this all supposes you've been caught. You're probably safe--unless someone in your life turns you in. So possessing yaoi with underage characters who engage in sex poses a risk. It's just not clear how large that risk is, so you have to determine if it's a risk you want to take.
