Kaoru is Yuka's fated Alpha soulmate, that's why he physically reacts to Yuka so strongly that he needs to take medicines to suppress his reaction to Yuka.
Yuka thinks that Kaoru is an Omega because he's acting with heat-like symptoms; but it's because of Yuka's pheromones that Kaoru is reacting so strongly.

No need to be really close. An Omega's pheromones disperse. Kaoru will be affected if Yuka is in the same building, they don't need to be in the same room. As long as they are both in the same vicinity, school, building, etc. Kaoru will be affected by Yuka's pheromones.

But of course, while likely, it's just a theory because the rest of the chapters haven't been released yet

Of course, it could turn out to be completely different. We won't know for sure until the story is finalized, but we can still make logical deductions based on the Omegaverse mythos as we have read so far and based on what the story has provided to us at this point.

I think Taiga better calm down immediately or he'll get killed. You know what they say, still waters run deep. Kaoru is so quiet he'll become a real animal if someone touches what he considers his own property, that's my feeling.

Just hoping that Kaoru is not an omega otherwise this will be a very dark manga.

When he left the city I thought for once "oh hey, this actually feels SLIGHTLY realistic" (but I guess the bulk pack had issues to turn the story around within 2,5 chapters) - and to be honest, the story could have ended there as "bad end" ...(imho, and no I can't write better stories, no I'm not published, but I can still meekly wish the author had put more love for her characters into this one - at least put laxative in his food!!)

One boss wants me to manage the export of 600 "vintage items" to switzerland (*facepalming hard because this space cadet didn't research even a bit before agreeing to the contract*), the other one wants me to manage the import of materials from china (customs oh love, if I ever meet the person who decided to invent customs and duty charges imma kick, kick and KICK that persons a*#) and the coordination of the shipping (and final assembling) of 20 prototypes - the third was satisfied by tasking me with company insurance issues.
