actually i really looked forward to reading every week and whenever it was delayed my masochistic heart kinda felt even more excited for the next update... i think it's the story itself the problem -so much that i didnt even notice the chs got shorter -if it had been eight chs ago i'd be like wut gives??!? lol
Hmm. Yeah. That would be good too. But he can't meet the guy on the way since the gate was on fixed location. The second one could be good. Like he could fight the other 2 inside or something. But I think the author made it this way to make the next scenario possible. I'm actually fine whichever route as long as they don't die. I was just glad Thomas was strong enough to hold on.
Think of it this way, it’s like showing that the MC’s life is getting so busy that he’ll be late when shit goes down once he’s not around. Remember in the beginning how he was still working his ass off leveling up & provided for his family so he was ALWAY available. But now that he’s well known and traveling etc, He won’t always be there so help everyone the moment shit starts. Get it now? I hope it makes since lol.. anyways, so it’s not such a cliche that he can’t predict these moments.
