I don't believe so. The older bro's parents are the father and his first wife (who already passed away, if I understood correctly. It was mentioned by the writer on chap 8 I think). The uke's parents are the mom (who's currently sick) and her lover who got killed. The older bro and the uke are both half siblings with the sister though. The uke on the mother's side and the older bro on the father's side.
