i literally had no idea about a live adaptation (been focused more on reading than watching) but yikes it's hard to check it with all the negative reviews. it's that bad?
it's cute, and I think you -should- watch it, but be prepared for the very small amount of heesu and seungwon, overall speaking. someone on mydramalist said that it wouldn't have been a problem, if the show was described as an original work based on the manhwa, but to call it an adaptation when the main couple don't even get together fr until the last episode, is insane
yes please, give us more of them exploring and acknowledging feelings for one another! i keep worrying about what's gonna happen if hell breaks loose or that director unhinged comes back and inflict further damage to Luke's dreams, but i realized that i really should just focus on these precious boys! it's cute how they're both on cloud nine right now
both of them are playing hard to get in their own twisted little way... well mostly Cheong-hyeon and it's getting on my nerves that i actually wish some third party (and i'm not a fan of love triangles) would come in and try swooping Hanyeong off of his feet and then maybe we get to see Cheong-hyeon actually put some effort in instead of playing this dumb game. just tell him already!
i was listening to je te veux and other classical music while reading this and it just made certain scenes a lot more sensual. this is definitely another masterpiece. the peak as to what happened with the journal at the end was bitter sweet but i can understand why it did not need to be brought up since they are together now and what matters the most is the present moment. i do wish we had some extras tho....
red flag that, green flag this. just let the story run first for cryin out loud. Andrew is just being his Andrew self, yk the Andrew that went through some crazy stuff and he actually did okay concealing himself from the public's attention by dressing all nerdy until Stacy did what she did but thanks to her, Andrew now has Luke to help express himself more. it's the fact that characters nowadays has to fit under a flag that annoys me as if characters only has to align to just being good, or being bad.
more importantly, in this new update, can't we just talk about how hot Luke is in every panel he's in and how funny Malcolm's "ghost" kept floating about coz he was worried about his friend's new relationship? and maybe Andrew did injured himself to get Luke's attention but so what?! he wanted Luke's attention like the puppy he is but like can you blame him? Luke's freakin hot!

i'm so relieved Huimin is still being his cheeky personality self even after the truth is revealed. from what i know of the old Huimin he would've wallowed in depression and hate after getting locked up like that until he self destructs. it's ironic how Iheon is trying not to repeat the past but locking Huimin up is just not it. he really should read that evasive person book
