i always found this mangaka works have great art and beautiful people, but she/he need some progress in story field though, the story always feel same, no charm.

imo, she really good at putting panel. I mean with georgeus artwork and her ways to put panel, we can admire the picture and fangirling like no tomorrow but the story line are weak. Sometimes she came out with good character, but the story line worsen, or she came out with good storyline then the character have no impact and boring.
Not that stories would be lame.. Those are just way too short and we have given only the potential of the story.
I bet there would be more but seems/feels that Mangaka gets too often signed on just to do pretty art works. ... So why bother with the story that much if you don't really get to tell it?
I feel like she should just collaborate with an author and draw the works instead. She could still put in some of her own style into it. I feel like she continuously writes cliches as well as low-key abusive relationships.
