I remember hating the ML so much after reading some of the novel. I remember how he slept next to his “mistress”/the black haired twink in earlier chapters who is to have heir with ML.

Did they sleep together at all or no? Did ML cheat? Or was it just the abuse towards MC? I can’t stand cheating for some reason but some abuse sure. Not that I condone it. I hate that too. I hate ML.

Also why did ML agree to be with the young mistress dude? Or he didn’t and just stuck with it??

I kind of forgot most of the novel... I just remember that it had a lot of rape sexual abuse and its pretty much worse than black lotus. ML did sleep with the fiancee its murky in my memory was trying to forget about it because for a while every story was black lotus or trying to 1 up it or see how far they can go.

Please note I know Black lotus isnt the first or best for those themes and there are worse but its the first one that comes to mind for comparisons.

Black Lotus is not that bad tbh. It’s just annoying. Almost any story by 188 Novels is just rage bait me lol. I hate sissy the most, because ML actually cheated there and blamed MC for accusing him, etc. I don’t know if MC ever found out he cheated, but many say he didn’t.

I think I blocked sissy out honestly. A lot of things from that timeframe just kind of blurs unless it was a good story. Now if you want some good random stories i'm more than willing to drop a few. Currently reading one which could have potential.

Yes please. Nothing rage bait though lmao, I’m so tired of novels like 188 Novel group sissy. But I can handle angst and abuse. Just no cheating. Funny huh? I can endure abuse and angst but no cheating!

I stopped reading sissy due to the whole cheating. Now if that cheating had been discussed and yknow, if MC knew about it, broke up, stood up for himself etc. I would have continued.

These are a few on my reading list I rec. A bit over the place but a lot of them are just good fun stories some rape might happen in 2-3 but there are reasons or it's explained.

If you want more I can always add more. There are a few I like that I'll have to find.

It is, I mean I don't think they ever cover the fact that Owen/Dante also has a scent.and quite a few things in the novel (like two of the S classes actually being friendly to him/liking him as kind of a brother)

Same here, and the conflict between Ian and the Empor didn’t get resolved. Ian is still Brian's replacement, but he doesn’t care.

honestly, that flashback was just insanely too long, its like the story completely shifted

Yeah it's really a huge tonal shift especially with how they were setting up a jealously and them splitting or Ian wanting to go back "home".

I agree with the shift and the flashback just seems to do more harm than good. It's not like Founder of Diabolism or Heaven's Official where they past enhances the story it just felt like two different stories. I think intermittent flashbacks periodically would have done this a better service narratively. I'm going to try and read through it more but yeah I'm just in this weird I wonder where it's going and wondering if I should come back to it in Season 4 (if It doesn't end by then).

"The fight they have starts in chapter 111/112."

So this is a bit harder to answer since he doesn't call Eyra his mate off the back. He says something along the lines of you're the one for me around Chapter 133. If you're wondering when he realizes he was looking for him. That's a bit further after you find out about him being hidden in labyrinth and his rating hits 100 which is around 183/184. There are a lot of things that are making him realize it after 133 though.
