Who said Yuuji was hurt by Fushiguro consenting/accepting Sukuna? He was probably a lil miffed that he was forced to switch out but from what I stated before it seemed more like he was relieved that Fushiguro wasn't terrified of either of them.
You forget that in the series even those who have accepted that Yuuji is the host they still hold a sort of fear of him even if they don't want to admit it. This has become even more apparent in the recent chapters now that they've seen that Yuuji really can lose control of him. In a truly weird and twisted sense the only characters that have actually been truly acceptin' of him are the ones bein' seen as "villains" now.
Also, just 'cause Sukuna is a curse that doesn't mean they aren't capable of emotion. We've seen it multiple times that they experience and express emotions in their most rawest forms. They don't lie about what they want and they will literally do anything to obtain it. Sukuna may be a huge fuckhead and has murdered hundreds or thousands-- but the emotions and the way he treats Fushiguro in this dj are true to how a curse would more than likely react to feeling somethin' romantic towards someone else.
I get that you're a Yuuji simp-- that's my boy as well-- but I just see people bein' accepting of both of their entities is a major positive in his life. You can be accepting of someone without condoning their actions after all. I'd rather people be truly unafraid of him than to only accept a part of him while bein' constantly terrified of what lies just below the surface.
